Hong Kong is a dream place for all the kids out there, who gets crazy for Disneyland. But, I can’t deny the fact that I love Disney cartoons, and once it was my dream too, to visit Disneyland. Hong Kong has quite famous and mind blowing architecture. It is a major shopping hub with beautiful places, gardens, buildings and skyscrapers creating the stunning skyline.
What to do in Hong Kong?
- Victoria Peak
Victoria Peak is Hong Kong’s paradise and best place for photographers. It is a mountain on west half of the Hong Kong, which gives a splendid view. I never wanted to get down from that peak, that calmness and that peace carved my soul with positivity.
- Tsim Sha Tsui
A shopping and nightlife district, which makes people crave for shopping and all the concerts and musicals are performed at the Hong Kong cultural center. The neon-lit Nathan road with eateries alongside brought water to my mouth. The whole area becomes happening in the evening, and it is undeniably amazing.
This was a must visit place to make sure that the kid in me is still alive. As soon as I entered I was walking down the lanes of my childhood. All those good old days and flashbacks left me with nostalgia.
Being a high tourist destination spots, Hong Kong has many hotels and motels to stay. Dorsett Mongkok, Pentahotel, and Best Western Plus Hotel are 4 star modern hotels present in Hong Kong. It has different public transport services such as buses, mini buses, trams, ferries, taxis etc. which makes it easier to travel. Even though I was travelling for the first time, I didn’t get any problem. It was an amazing experience which contributed a lot in filling my travel diaries.
Reaching Hong Kong is really easy thanks to the high flight – connectivity, due to its status as the Global city of the world.
